The Global Skills Access Programme (GSAP) expands access to professional specialisation pathways through an international model combining digital learning, supervised practical training, progress tracking and final assessment. Programmes are designed and governed by ISTITUTO FONDAZIONE DORIA D.C. S.R.L. and delivered with authorised local Training Providers under common educational and quality standards.

Every GSAP pathway is built around defined learning objectives, documented activities, progress tracking, assessments and final examinations. Learning outcomes are not simply declared: they are supported by structured evidence of the learner’s journey.

From Learning to Portable Skills
GSAP transforms completed learning into structured, verifiable and digitally portable evidence of skills. Eligible GSAP credentials are issued as European Digital Credentials for Learning (EDC), structured according to the European Learning Model (ELM).

PARTICIPANT JOURNEY
THE LEARNING PATHWAY
A structured and transparent journey from enrolment to digital learning, supervised practical training, progress tracking, assessments and final examination. Successful participants receive a verifiable Professional Specialisation Certificate issued by ISTITUTO FONDAZIONE DORIA D.C. S.R.L., also available as a European Digital Credential for Learning (EDC).
01 // INFORMATION & ENROLMENT
PROGRAMME ORIENTATION
Access clear information on programme content, requirements, duration, learning methods, practical training, assessment, certification and local conditions. Where an authorised edition is available, eligible participants may enrol through the designated local Training Provider.
02 // LEARNING
DIGITAL & PRACTICAL TRAINING
Complete the approved pathway through digital learning, local training and supervised practical activities, with participation, progress and assessments tracked in accordance with the applicable Course Specification.
03 // ASSESSMENT
EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATE
After completion requirements are verified, ISTITUTO FONDAZIONE DORIA D.C. S.R.L. governs admission to and delivery of the final examination. Successful participants receive a verifiable Professional Specialisation Certificate issued as a European Digital Credential for Learning (EDC) and digitally sealed with an advanced or qualified electronic seal.
